When you win an auction, your payment is held securely — not released to the seller until you confirm receipt. If there's a problem, raise a dispute within 48 hours and our team resolves it fairly.
Bidalot accepts MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and debit/credit cards — all powered by Paystack, Ghana's most trusted payment provider.
Any user can sell on Bidalot. Signup, complete your profile, and you're ready to list. Every account gets 1 free auction slot per month — paid plans start from GHS 25/month.
All 16 regions: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Central, Eastern, Volta, Oti, Northern, Savannah, North East, Upper East, Upper West, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, and Western North.
You have 48 hours after delivery to raise a formal dispute — item not as described, damaged, or not received. Submit evidence photos in-app. Payout to seller is frozen immediately and our team resolves it.
Once the buyer confirms delivery (or 48 hours pass with no dispute), our platfrorm handles the payout. Funds transfer directly to seller's MoMo number on file, minus a small platform commission.
